  1. You can set an Out Of Office rule to automatically reply to emails

  2. Click the Tools menu and select ‘Out of Office Assistant

  1. Select to change your status to ‘I am currently Out of the office’ and enter a message. You can elect to create a rule to only send the out of office email to selected incoming messages or leave it blank for all emails.



  1. Click Ok

  2. When you return to the office, go back in and select ‘I am currently In the office’ to turn the automatic messages off.
