- You can set an Out Of Office rule
to automatically reply to emails
- Click the Tools menu and
select ‘Out of Office Assistant’
- Select to change your status to
‘I am currently Out of the office’ and enter a message. You can
elect to create a rule to only send the out of office email to selected
incoming messages or leave it blank for all emails.
- Click Ok
- When you return to the office,
go back in and select ‘I am currently In the office’ to turn
the automatic messages off.
