  1. Sometimes you may need to recall a message that you have sent. You can choose to recall the message or replace it with another email. This function only works with other DET Exchange users (not emails sent to GroupWise users), and only for emails that have not yet been read.
  1. Navigate into your sent items folder and open the email you wish to recall.
  1. From the actions menu, select ‘Recall this message

  1. You can now choose to ‘Delete unread copies of this message’ or ‘Delete unread copies and replace with a new message’

    Selecting to replace the message will open up a new email message window ready for you to compose another email.

  1. Click Ok.

TASK:

1. Send a message to me (or a colleague) and then recall it
